For parents, having a son is considered a blessing, and a mean to continue their legacy, a chance for a new family leader, and a part of pressure that a 'Gay son' have to experience. For some family, it would take times to be accepting, many tear to be shed, and for some, never ended in an understanding happy ending. Forced out of a home, cut off all ties, for some.

And how would it turn out, when 'Fook - Anutul' the only son of Anutorn family, decided to have a serious talk with his parent for the first time. In a short clip by Blued application in the name 'Blued Family : A son first opening.' Capturing a heart warming moment amazingly.

Even though Fook's mother have known that he doesn't date girl. and knowing that she would never has a chance to attend her son's traditional wedding, but this is the first chance for them to talk openly about it, abut her son's gayness.

"[Mom] found out since his highschool days, some from my friends. I raised my kid, I should know what kind of man he would turn out to be, who he talks to." His mother started to make a point, when asked about when she finds out about her son's homosexuality, before fook saying "In his earlier year of highschool, I used to talk to girls. But I remembered the on the first day that [my mom] found out is when I talked on the phone, and she asked whether I am talking to a boy or a girl. I said boy, I think she found out at that point." But they've never been explicit about it after that.

Dad found out later, when he talk to the mother. He said "It was kind of weird at first, like, I had two daughter, and wanted a son, but this is how it turned out what can I do." The father spoke plainly

"Seeing how they're aged, but my parents isn't that much of a conservatives. I can be whatever they want, and they are fairly different from other people their age. I think I'm lucky. But before my mother could accept it, we had quite a fight... Today they're ok with it. Still, deeply she'd still want me to be a man." However seeing how they're proud of their child. And ended the interview with an image of warm family kiss.
